Support Our Police, Fire, & EMS at the First Responders Fight Night!

Police, Fire, and EMS heroes are the first to respond when we need them. Now it's time for all of us to 'fight' for them!

First Responders "Fight" Night will feature a double-elimination tournament of teams made up of first responders and anyone in the community who wants to support first responders, and all proceeds will go to support their physical, spiritual, and mental health. The "fight" will be a Non-Contact Heavy Bag Hitting competition. Teams of 3 will earn points during their 3-minute rounds to combine for an overall impact score, measured by Impact Wraps. No special skills are required to participate.

Everyone is welcomed to join the fun and hit the bags! We need firefighter teams, police teams, EMS teams, business teams, sports teams, family teams, Title Boxing member teams, media teams, church teams, etc.

TEAM DETAILS

1. Enter a team of THREE at heroicdeeds.org. Each team member will do a 1-minute round of punches on a heavy bag, equipped with an Impact Tracker that will measure the impact of each punch. The harder and faster you hit, the more points your team scores!

2. Title Boxing will provide wraps and gloves for your team to borrow, but each “fighter” is encouraged to bring their own if they have them. The Title Boxing Staff will help you get wrapped and ready to go.

3. Awards will be given to the top teams in each category of support (Law Enforcement, Fire, EMS).

4. Be creative. Name your team, pick a captain, and choose your favorite branch of first responders.

5. Participants who register by September 30th will receive a free Fight Night t-shirt.
