Free gentle flow yoga class under the trees in Inwood Park
Event Details
Free yoga open to all, every Monday this summer (June through September).
Join local yoga teacher Allison Erwin for yoga in the park.
This one-hour class uses relaxing breathwork and gentle yoga flows to bring peace of mind and a greater sense of ease in your body.
Imagine breathing the fresh air and gazing at the treetops during savasana.
This summer highlight is a great way to meet new neighbors, discover one of Cincinnati's great parks, or simply take a little time just for you.
Please bring your own mat. See you there!

Please note: Rain shelter is available if the weather is drizzly, but in cases of inclement weather, class may be canceled. Please register so that we have the ability to contact you if we need to cancel class. Allison will email by 4:30pm if class is canceled.
