Santa is arriving in style to kick off the holidays! Though his reindeer will be resting up for the big day, Santa will still be flying in to light the tree in the Rotunda and start listening to the wish lists of all the children on the nice list.
Courtesy of UC Health Air Care, Santa and Mrs. Claus will arrive by helicopter and land at the base of Union Terminal's fountain before entering Cincinnati Museum Center to light the tree and take up position in Holiday Junction, ready to invite children to share their holiday lists.
Festivies kick off at 11 a.m. and Santa will arrive at 11:45 a.m. (weather permitting). He'll then make his way to the Rotunda for the offical tree lighting at noon.
Santa will be joined by characters from Ensemble Theatre Cincinnati, Cincinnati Playhouse in the Park, Cincinnati Ballet and The Children's Theatre of Cincinnati.
