A fundraiser for the 501c3 Charity - Reds Games for Kids which takes disadvantaged children to Reds games and provides them with snacks and t-shirts. Entry is free (donations accepted at the door) and there will also be a split-the-pot and basket raffles.
Event Details
Reds Games for Kids is holding its first big Fundraiser on August 7th from 4:30 to 8:30 at MadTree Brewery. The event is free to enter, though we do ask attendees consider to making a donation at the door. We will be holding raffles for specially made baskets of goods ranging from Reds merchandise and tickets to restaurant gift cards as well as a split-the-pot raffle. MadTree’s fine brews can be purchased from the event’s private bar and food will also be available at low cost from the event’s food tables. It is also a family friendly environment so kids are welcome to join their parents as well! We hope to make this a very successful event so that we can continue to take kids to baseball games and we would appreciate your support in this endeavor. So please come join us for drinks, food, fun and raffles and bring your friends and family!
What is Reds Games for Kids?
Reds Games for Kids is a 501c3 charity that began in 2014 when a group of Reds fans, proudly called the Power Stack Pack, realized that our childhoods would not be the same without a visit to the ballpark to watch our favorite team play baseball. We decided that we wanted to share this special memory with local children who face adverse conditions or who may otherwise never be able to attend the game. The children we hope to help have been neglected, abused, been separated from or lost their parents, or suffer from physical or mental conditions. To date we have taken over 200 children to a Reds game, but there are still many more kids waiting for their turn. So come out and support a great cause and have good times with your friends!
